What are First Nations/Indigenous Courts? - Customizable (English)

If you identify as Indigenous and plead guilty or are found guilty of a crime, you may be able to go to a First Nations/Indigenous Court in BC for sentencing. This version of the fact sheet includes a space for an address stamp to be used by duty counsel. This fact sheet explains:
