A 2002 report by Albert J. McClean, QC, prepared for the government of BC, which makes recommendations regarding representation agreements and enduring powers of attorney. Most recommendations are reflected in amendments contained in the Adult Guardianship and Planning Statutes Amendment Act, 2007.
